Customer Data Sheet

As part of our commitment to regulatory compliance, security, and transparency, we require specific information about our customers, end customers, and group partners. This information is necessary to ensure compliance with applicable laws, including financial regulations and defense sector requirements.

The data collected in this form is used exclusively for due diligence, legal verification, and internal compliance purposes, as detailed in our privacy policy.

To fulfill our legal and contractual obligations, we request the following:

  • Identification details of the Direct Customer, and End Customer.

  • Key personnel information, including details of the CEO (Chief Executive Officer), UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner), and Chairman.

  • Copies of official identification documents (passport or equivalent) for verification.

  • Information on group partners (if applicable), including legal and registration details.

  • Project country details if different from the country of the direct or end customer.

1/5 - Consent for Personal Data Collection and Processing

As part of our compliance obligations under European (GDPR) and Belgian regulations, particularly in the defense sector, New Lachaussée may collect and process personal data related to key individuals of prospect entities (such as CEOs, Ultimate Beneficial Owners, and other executives).

This data is required for due diligence, compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks (e.g. export control, anti-money laundering, end-use checks), and internal risk assessment.

Please note:

  • If you are submitting this form on behalf of others, such as colleagues or management, you must ensure that they have been informed and have given their explicit consent for the transmission and processing of their personal data.

  • Personal data must be accurate, up-to-date, and limited to what is strictly necessary for the purpose stated: full name, citizenship, date of birth, copies of official ID.

  • All collected data is handled with strict confidentiality, securely stored, and processed only by authorized personnel for legitimate and lawful purposes.

  • Data may be shared with relevant regulatory authorities if required by law, and will not be used for any unrelated commercial purpose.
